OUR SHIPPING POLICY

At Rawrr Mantis USA, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. We ship worldwide mostly with United States of America, Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia, North & South America. Our shipping methods vary depending on the type of product you purchase and your location:

Vehicles & Batteries (LTL Freight Shipping)
  • Partially Assembled Units: Rawrr vehicles are pre-assembled and shipped as partially assembled units. For this reason, all vehicles and batteries are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight.
  • International Airfreight: International orders will be shipped this way to ensure swift delivery.
  • Delivery Appointments: Some deliveries require an appointment. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and phone number so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery.
  • Special Services: Liftgate service and other special delivery accommodations are available at your expense. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you require these services.
  • Delivery Limitations: In some cases, LTL carriers may not be able to deliver directly to your address. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location.
  • Dispatch & Tracking: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Shipping Damage: Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
    • All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
    • Rawrr Inc. is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit and cannot file claims on your behalf.
Parts, Accessories & Apparel (Standard Carriers)
  • These items are shipped through standard parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: If you select expedited shipping at checkout, please note that this applies to carrier transit time only. Order processing and handling times remain the same, and expedited service begins once your order is picked up by the carrier.
