It came with a faulty sensor which took me 3 days to figure out, with regular troubleshooting help from Rawrr Mantis USA. It is a great bike, and this is something that just happens from time to time with shipping and use-required assembly. This issue is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars, but customer service themselves deserve 5 stars. Their team was on my case helping me out the same day I reported the issue. They will talk over the phone, send you videos, etc. Anything they can do within the manufacturer warranty they will to get you going. Great company!

I have an 8kw (58mph top speed) pit bike at home that i thought was fast. BUT 25KW is CRAZY! i tuned eco to 40% sport to 75% and race to 100% with 8% acceleration. i can spin the rear tire at 40+ on the road and i can pull a wheelie at 40+. ALSO they are road legal in my town, so i have showed a few cars what electric motors can do, i never loose and THATS ALL BEEN IN SPORT MODE. i am honestly worried about being in race mode because at 8% acceleration you can wheelie at like 1/8 throttle. i dont think there is even a reason to have more power than 25KW.

Amazing product. It has MORE speed/power than you could ever need. I literally cannot imagine a scenario where “Race Mode” is required. The only small complaint is that the drivetrain is louder than other e-bikes, but that pales in comparison to the pros.
